 Main structure of the equipment and characteristics:

The XQ6920 type steel plate preservation line is mainly composed of workpiece conveying system, shot blasting cleaning system, dust removal system, recycling system, automatic painting and mist dealing system, drying system, electric control system, etc.


shot blasting and front and rear assistant chamber:
The cleaning chamber is welded up from thick steel plates with 10mm wear resistant protection liners and pressed tightly by protection bolts which are specially made.  There are wear resistant protection liners to protect the screw conveyor at the bottom of the chamber.
(1). Blast cleaning chamber
There are wear-resistant liners on the inner walls to protect the chamber. They are fixed by protective nuts and easy changing. The liners lap with each other to protect the chamber more efficiently.  

(2). Front and back sealing chamber
There are wear-resistant rubber protective liners on the inner walls and on the side walls we open some testing doors for checking and repairing. The sealing curtains in the sealing chambers help to seal the whole chamber in a more flexible method.

Painting and drying room

The system is composed of a chamber body, paint car detection device, driving traction mechanism, leak detection device of spray paint, paint pump system, paint mist processing device, etc.



 

Electrical Control System:

The machine adopts Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) control.
The whole equipment is equipped with automatic and manual switch, Electrical control system is equipped with electrical interlock, auto-lock and security protection to ensure the secure operation.

Smalll parts will use brown paper, and then place into tight plywood case.
Large parts will use plastic film, and then place onto frame.
